Patidar Trading Company

You can find Patidar Trading Company over at 172, Kavi Lakshmeesha Road. This is in the Visveshwarapuram area, which is a place with a lot of history and old buildings. Our street, Kavi Lakshmeesha Road, has its own rhythm with various shops and houses lined up. We open up the shutters every morning at 172 and start our day. It’s mostly about trading and keeping track of what is coming in and what is going out. The space we have isn't very large, so we have to be careful about where we stack things. Patidar Trading Company has been part of this neighborhood for a while, and we know many of the people who work on this same street. Sometimes we stand outside for a bit to chat with the neighbors when things are slow. The building has high ceilings which helps keep it a bit cooler during the hot months, though we still use the fans quite a bit. We don't have a fancy reception or anything like that. It is just a workspace where we get things done. We focus on the daily tally and making sure the orders are moving. It’s a steady kind of life here in Visveshwarapuram, just doing our bit on Kavi Lakshmeesha Road and heading home once the work is finished.
