Our office for V-logis Division Of V Trans India Ltd. is on the second floor of Ratan Apartment. It’s a regular residential building, so it doesn’t look like a big logistics hub from the outside. Inside, it’s a different story. We have phones ringing all day and people tracking shipments on their computers. It can get pretty hectic when there’s a delay or something goes wrong with a delivery. We’ve been part of the V Trans India Ltd. family for a long time, but this specific division here feels like its own little world. We don’t have much room for big meetings, so we usually just talk across our desks. The second floor gets a bit warm in the afternoons, but we have the fans going. We mostly deal with the day-to-day logistics stuff, making sure things get from point A to point B without too much trouble. It’s a lot of logistics jargon and spreadsheets, but we’re used to it. Most of us have lived in the area for years. We take the stairs most days because the lift in Ratan Apartment can be a bit moody. It’s just a normal office life for us. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a shiny lobby. We just focus on the work and making sure the logs are correct. It’s a steady grind, and we’re okay with that. There is always a lot to do, but we just take it one shipment at a time.
