Nisha Roadways is based out of Chirag House in Sector 18. We are in unit 110 on Plot No. 44/7. It’s a practical location for a trucking company because we need to be where the action is. Most of our day is spent talking to drivers and making sure the lorries are on the right path. It’s not a quiet job at all. There’s always someone calling about a delivery or a delay on the road somewhere. We’ve been doing this for a long time, so we’ve seen all sorts of issues crop up. We just deal with them as they happen and don't make a big deal about it. The office isn't anything special to look at, just desks, chairs, and lots of maps and schedules pinned to the walls. We don't use big words or try to sound like a huge corporation. We’re just a local business trying to make sure goods get delivered on time. Sector 18 is a busy place, and we fit right in with the noise. Sometimes the tea lady comes by and that’s a nice break in the afternoon. We focus on the roads and the routes. It’s a lot of responsibility, keeping track of everything, but we have a good rhythm going. If you come by, you’ll see we’re just regular people working hard. We’ve built our lives around these roads and we don’t plan on changing that anytime soon. It’s a tough business, but it keeps us going.
