Our place is right out on the Mumbai-Nasik Highway at Walsind Lonad. It’s a big open area which is good because we have trucks coming and going all hours of the day. Being on NH No. 3 makes sense for what we do. It’s not like an office in the city. There’s a lot of space, a lot of dust, and the constant sound of engines. We spend our time managing the shipments and making sure everything gets loaded correctly. It’s a practical setup. We have a small area for the staff to sit and handle the computer work, but most of the action is outside on the floor or near the docks. It’s hot in the summer and a bit isolated, but that’s the nature of logistics on the highway. We don't have any big signs or fancy decorations. It’s just a warehouse and an office. People here wear sturdy shoes because you're always walking around. We eat our lunch together and then get back to the schedules. It’s a long day usually. We don’t try to make it sound like more than it is. It’s just a hub where things move through. We keep the gates open and the work never really stops. Sometimes the rain makes things difficult out here on the highway, but we manage to stay on track. It’s just a lot of heavy lifting and keeping an eye on the clock.
