Vindex Infotech Private Limited

Vindex Infotech Private Limited is based in Sector-11 over in CBD Belapur. We are up on the seventh floor of Raheja Arcade, in suite 701. If you've been to Navi Mumbai, you know this area is pretty busy with a lot of different offices tucked into every corner. Our place is nothing too special to look at, just a functional space where we get our work done. The lobby of the building usually has a lot of people coming and going, but our floor stays relatively quiet most of the time. We have a few desks, some fairly old computers that still work fine, and a small area for making coffee which gets used a lot. The view from the window shows a bit of the city skyline, which is nice when the sun starts to go down. We aren't the type to have big boardrooms or expensive furniture. We just focus on the tasks at hand. Most of us have been working together for a while, so we know how everyone likes their tea and who's likely to be late on a Monday morning. It’s a very grounded environment. We don't use much corporate talk here; we just speak normally and try to solve whatever problems come our way. It's a practical way to run things, and it seems to work out okay for us in the long run. We just show up and do what we need to.
