You can find our office in V Mall at the Thakur Complex on Stadium Road in Kandivali East. We are on the ground floor, at shop number 13. It is a small office, but it is in a good spot for us. We do structural engineering, which means we spend a lot of time looking at blueprints and making sure things are built safely. There are four of us working here most days. We have our computers set up and a large table where we can spread out big plans. Since we are in a mall, there is always some noise from the shoppers, but we have gotten good at tuning it out. We do not have any fancy decorations on the walls, just some calendars and old project photos. We’re not the type of people who wear suits to work. Usually, it is just jeans and shirts. We often have to go out to building sites to see how the work is progressing. It is important to see things in person rather than just looking at a screen. We have been in Kandivali for a long time and we like the community here. Most of our work comes from local builders and people we have known for years. We just try to do a solid job and keep our calculations accurate. It is a quiet life of numbers and drawings, but it is what we are good at. We grab coffee from the mall stalls and keep moving forward.
