Vijaya Laxmi Fabrication

We are located at Plot A/233 and A/234 in Koparkhairane, right in Sector 19-A. Our workshop is Room No. 302, and we are quite close to the Rajan Devi Mandir. Most days you can hear the sound of metal being cut or welded from down the street. Vijaya Laxmi Fabrication is a straightforward place. We don't have any polished showroom; we just have our workspace filled with iron rods, sheets, and welding equipment. It can get pretty cramped when we have a big project going on. We do a lot of work for the residential buildings around here, like safety grills for windows or main entrance gates. The work is hard and it gets very hot, especially during the summer months in Mumbai. We start our day early to get the noisy work done before it gets too late. People from the neighborhood know us well because we’ve been in this part of Koparkhairane for a good while. We don't go around telling people we are the best; we just show them the work we’ve finished. Sometimes we have to go out to the sites to measure things or do the final installation. It is a lot of lifting and fixing, but it’s what we do. We like the community here near the mandir. It feels like home. We just focus on the daily tasks, making sure every weld is clean and every frame is straight before we call it a day and close up the shop.
