People usually find us because they're looking for the Kapila Vastu building, which is right by Pratap Cinema. We are on the first floor, up the stairs from Swara Hotel. It’s a busy spot in Kolbad-Thane West. We have been here for a while now, dealing with laparoscopy and general health stuff. The rooms are 103 and 104. It gets quite loud outside with the traffic, but inside we try to keep things organized. Most of our patients come from around the Thane area, sometimes further if they know someone who came here before. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. It's just a practical space where we do our work. Some days are busier than others, especially in the mornings when everyone tries to get in at once. We spend a lot of time talking to families and explaining how things work. It is not always easy, but it’s what we do. The building is an older one, number 3 in the complex, so it has that local feel. If you're coming by car, parking can be a bit of a headache depending on the time of day. We usually tell people to look for the hotel first since it's a big landmark. We aren't a giant hospital chain, just a local centre trying to help people with their surgeries and recovery. It’s simple, really. We just show up every day and get to it.
