Med Tour Pal

Med Tour Pal is located up in A/203 of the Raj Darshan Building. We are right across from Railway Platform Number 1 in Naupada, Thane West. Being in Dada Patil Wadi makes it easy for people coming off the train to find us. We mostly focus on medical travel. It's not like regular tourism. People come to us when they need to go somewhere for a procedure or a check-up. We help with the logistics of that. We handle the travel bits and find places to stay near hospitals. It’s quiet in the office usually. We spend a lot of time on the phone or computer. The building is an older one but it’s right there by the station. We’ve seen a lot of people come through for different health reasons. We try to make the travel part less of a headache for them. There is a lot of coordination involved between doctors and transport. We just stay on top of the dates. It’s practical work. We don’t do fancy brochures. We just make sure the patient and their family get where they need to go. Sometimes the schedules change last minute. We just deal with it as it comes. It's a specific kind of service we provide here in Thane. We’re just a small team working out of the second floor. It keeps us occupied and we feel like we're doing something useful for the community. We've been at this spot for quite a while now.
