You can find us in the Palava Phase II area, specifically in the Eviva building in Downtown Kalyan. It is a bit different here compared to the rural farms because we are in a more built-up area. We deal with fresh stuff, so our mornings start very early before most people are even out of bed. The place is often busy with deliveries coming in and out. It’s not a huge space, just enough to manage the inventory and make sure things stay as fresh as possible before they go out. Working in Kalyan means we have to deal with the traffic and the noise, but it puts us close to where the people are. We don't have a big corporate team, just a handful of us who know how to handle produce. Some days are more chaotic than others, especially when a shipment is delayed or the quality isn't what we expected. We spend a lot of time on the phone or checking crates. It is a practical business and we don't spend money on fancy decorations for the office. Most of the time, there are just crates stacked up and people checking lists. We try to keep it simple and just focus on getting the work done. It’s a lot of physical work and long hours, but we’ve gotten used to the pace of life here in Palava. We just want to make sure the food gets to where it needs to go.
