Vayudev Tours & Travels is right here in Bhayander East. We are in 309 Narmada Sadan, which is a building people around here know pretty well. It’s mostly families living in the other rooms, so it stays fairly quiet during the day when everyone is at school or work. We decided to set up here because it’s close to home. We don’t have a big storefront on the main road with bright lights. Most people just find us by asking their neighbors or seeing the small sign we put up. We handle bookings for trains and buses, and sometimes we help people plan their whole trip if they aren't sure where to go. It’s just a small office with a couple of chairs and a wooden desk that’s seen better days. We spend a lot of time on the phone or checking the latest schedules on the computer. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow and we have to wait, but that’s just how it goes. We like being in a residential area because it feels more personal. You get to know the people who live in the same block. It’s not like those big agencies in the city where nobody knows your name. We drink tea, talk to the locals, and keep the business running as best as we can every day.
