Travelog Holidays

We are over at 3/17 Ghanshyam Nagar CHS on Tilak Road. It’s a small office inside the society building. Most of our day is spent looking at computer screens and trying to find flights that aren’t too expensive. People come in and sit on the old chairs we have and tell us about where they want to go for their summer break. Tilak Road is always crowded so there’s a lot of honking outside our window. We have stacks of brochures from different places, but mostly we’re just dealing with ticket printouts and passport copies. Sometimes the internet is slow and we have to tell people to wait a bit while we refresh the page. It’s not a big fancy travel agency like the ones you see in the malls. It’s just us here trying to help people get their papers sorted. We handle a lot of phone calls from people asking about hotel prices or if they need a certain stamp for their trip. The office gets a bit messy with all the files, but we know where everything is usually. It’s a local spot and people from the society often drop by just to chat about their plans. We don’t have any big slogans or anything. We just sit here on Tilak Road and do the bookings as they come. Most days are busy but we enjoy talking to the families about their upcoming holidays.
