We are over at 206, Krishna Complex on Valipir Road. Most people know us for the refractory stuff we keep in stock. It’s not a fancy office or anything, just a place where we get the work done. We’ve been here quite a bit now. Dealing with high-temperature materials like bricks and castables is what our day looks like. It gets hot and a bit messy, but that is the nature of the business. We spend a lot of time talking to factory owners who need to fix their furnaces. Sometimes the traffic on Valipir Road is a nightmare, so we try to get our deliveries out early in the morning before the rush starts. The staff here is small, just a few of us who know the materials well. We don't really do big ads or anything. Usually, someone just hears about us from another shop nearby. If you come by the complex, we are on the second floor. There is usually a lot of paperwork on the desks and samples of lining materials sitting around. We handle the orders as they come in. It’s steady work. We aren't trying to change the world, just making sure the local plants have the refractory supplies they need to keep their fires going. It’s a practical business. We keep things simple here. No big speeches or anything like that. Just bricks and mortars for the most part.
