We’re over in New Sangavi, inside Siddhi Park. It’s an older residential complex, and we’ve got Flat 9 in the A-3 wing. It's a simple setup. We didn't want a flashy office because we spend all our time on the computers anyway. The parking is a bit of a nightmare sometimes if you get here late. We’ve been here for a bit now and the people in the building know us as the tech guys in wing A-3. We mostly keep to ourselves. The rooms are filled with desks and wires everywhere. It’s not the most organized looking place, but we know where everything is. New Sangavi is a busy place, plenty of shops around if we need to grab a snack. We usually just order in or bring lunch from home. It feels more like a house than a company, which is fine by us. There’s no big corporate culture here. We just show up, do what needs to be done, and head home. Sometimes we stay late when a project is due, and the security guard wonders why the lights are still on. It’s a straightforward way of working. No fancy meetings or long presentations, just us in a flat in Pune. We don't have a dedicated cleaning crew, so we usually tidy up ourselves on Friday afternoons. It keeps the place manageable and we don't mind the extra effort. It works for us.
