Unique Refractory

We are based in Room No-4 on Vihari Tekdi Road, over in the Mumbai district. It’s right near the Thakur Complex and the Peradial Building, so it’s a pretty packed area with a lot of buildings around. Working out of a room in this part of Mumbai means space is always a bit tight, but we make it work. Unique Refractory isn't a massive factory like you might see out in the countryside. We handle a lot of the smaller, more specific needs for heat-resistant materials. The area is always moving, and there’s usually a lot of noise from the street and the nearby complexes. It can be a bit of a struggle to get supplies in and out through the traffic, but we’ve gotten used to the timing of it. We don't have any polished brochures or a big sales team. It's mostly just us answering the phone and dealing with the people who walk in. The address is a bit tucked away, so people usually look for the Peradial Building first. We’ve been at this Vihari Tekdi Road location for a while now. It’s a practical setup, nothing too fancy to look at, just a place where work gets done. Most of our days are spent checking orders and making sure the materials are ready for the customers who depend on us for their industrial repairs. It is just a regular job in a busy city, and we keep things as simple as possible.
