Unique Engineers

Our office is in the Lake City Mall, specifically on the second floor at Sa-16. It is right above the McDonald's in the Kapurbhavdi area of Thane West. Most people know the mall, so it is easy to find us, though they usually come here for food or movies instead of engineering. We have been here for a good while now. It is a bit unusual to have an engineering firm in a shopping mall, but it works for us. The space is not very big, but it has everything we need to get our work done. We spend a lot of our time at our desks working on designs and technical plans. It can get pretty noisy on the weekends when the mall is full of families, but during the week, it is actually quite quiet. We like being in Thane West because it is central and easy for our team to reach. We do not have a fancy reception or anything like that. When you walk in, you will just see us working. We are not into big advertisements or loud promotions. Most of our work comes from people who have known us for years or other businesses in the area. We just try to be practical and do our jobs well. Sometimes the mall security gets a bit strict about deliveries, but we have figured out how to manage it. It is a decent spot for a small team like ours.
