We’ve been based out of Sanpada for a while now. Specifically, you can find us at B-17/01 in Himgiri Chs, right in Sector-3. It’s a pretty standard spot in Navi Mumbai, nothing too flashy. Most days we are just here working through whatever is on the desk. The building is easy enough to find if you know the area well. We’ve grown used to the neighborhood over time. It’s where Unipprak Technologies Private Limited operates from day in and day out. Sometimes the traffic around Sector-3 gets a bit much, but that is just part of being here. We don't really do the big corporate office thing with glass walls. It’s more of a practical setup for us. People ask what we do, and we just tell them we are over at Himgiri Chs. It’s a quiet enough corner most of the time. We have our desks set up and we just get on with things. Navi Mumbai has its own pace, and we fit into that just fine. It’s a decent place to be. We keep things simple. No fancy lobby or anything like that. Just a door and some people working inside. If you are walking around Sanpada, you might pass right by us. We like it that way. It’s just where we happen to be located. Not much else to say about the physical space. It works for our needs.
