We are located in Bhayander East, over in the Saiyed Wada area, specifically at number 3. It’s a quiet enough spot most of the time. Our business is a mix of two things: we do the catering and we also set up mandaps for weddings. It’s a lot to manage sometimes, especially when there are multiple weddings in one weekend. We started out small and just gradually added more equipment over the years. Now we have enough tables, chairs, and cooking gear to handle decent-sized crowds. The kitchen is where most of the action happens during the day. We have a few regular cooks who know their way around the big burners. Then we have the crew that goes out to set up the wooden frames and the decorations for the ceremonies. Bhayander East has changed quite a bit since we first opened our doors. We know most of the families around Saiyed Wada because we’ve probably worked at one of their events at some point. It’s not glamorous work. There is a lot of cleaning and packing involved. We spend a lot of time loading and unloading the truck. We don't use any fancy software to run things, just a notebook and some phone calls. It’s just us doing what we’ve always done, trying to make sure the food is ready and the seats are set up right. We take pride in just getting the job done without making a big fuss about it.
