Our place is at 305 Renuka Co.Op. Hsg Society in Kisan Nagar No-3, which is part of the Wagle Industrial Estate in Thane, 400604. Being in an industrial estate means we’re surrounded by other businesses, so there’s always a lot of activity. We handle the Ultratech Cement Ltd side of things here. The office isn't very large, but it’s enough for us to manage the orders and the logistics. It’s a practical location for getting trucks in and out, though the roads can get pretty jammed during peak hours. We spend a lot of our time coordinating with the warehouses and the construction sites. There’s no marketing fluff here, just a lot of talk about tonnages and delivery schedules. We’ve got a small team that handles the paperwork and the calls. Sometimes the phone doesn't stop ringing and it gets a bit noisy, but we manage. We aren't doing anything fancy; we're just making sure the bags are moving. We know the local builders around Thane and they know where to find us. It’s a straightforward setup. We don't always get everything perfectly right, but we work hard to fix any issues that pop up. It’s just regular people doing a regular job, trying to keep the local building projects supplied with what they need. We’ve been in this spot for a while and it suits us just fine. Sometimes we all stay late just to make sure the morning dispatch is ready to go.
