Our office is located in Thane West, over in Anand Nagar at Bhakti Park II. We are up in unit 702 A. It’s a decent area, though finding a parking spot can sometimes be a bit of a headache if you’re visiting. We handle a lot of the administrative side for concrete projects from here. It’s not a construction yard, so you won’t see trucks parked outside, but this is where all the planning and paperwork happen. We spend our days talking to contractors and making sure the supplies are moving to where they need to be. Thane has been growing so fast, and we’ve been kept busy with all the new buildings going up around Anand Nagar and the rest of the city. We aren’t really into fancy presentations or corporate lingo. We just sit down, look at the numbers, and figure out how to get the job done for the people who hire us. Sometimes the office is quiet, and other times everyone is talking at once on their phones. It’s just the way things go in this business. We try to keep things relaxed and easy to understand. If someone has a problem with a delivery or needs to change an order, we just talk it out and find a solution. Being based in a residential and commercial mix like Bhakti Park keeps us grounded. It’s a practical space for a practical business, and we like being right here in the mix of things.
