We are set up over at Plot No.E 204 in Satyam Paradise, which is right by Katrap Vidyalaya in the Badlapur Midc area. It is an industrial spot, so there is always a lot of noise and activity around us. We focus on engineering work and servicing different types of cooling equipment. It is a hands-on kind of job. Most of our guys have been doing this for years and have the calluses to prove it. The workshop is usually full of half-finished projects and tools scattered around. It might look a bit disorganized to an outsider, but we know exactly where everything is. Being in Badlapur means we see a lot of different clients from the surrounding factories. We do not have a marketing team or a fancy website that works perfectly. Most people just call us because they heard we know our way around a compressor or a cooling tower. It can get pretty hot in the shop during the summer months, which is ironic given what we do. We just take the jobs as they come. Sometimes it is a quick fix, and other times we are stuck on a problem for days until we figure it out. We are not a huge firm, just a group of people who understand how these machines are supposed to run. We stay late if a job is not finished because that is just the way it works here in the Midc.
