Tychonic Innovation Llp

Our office for Tychonic Innovation Llp is in Airoli, Navi Mumbai. We are in unit B-1205 in the Palm Springs building in Sector 7. Being on the twelfth floor, we have a pretty decent view of the surrounding neighborhood and some hills in the distance. The building is quite large and there are always people coming and going from different offices throughout the day. We have a relatively small space for our team, but it’s enough for what we do. We spend a lot of time on our laptops and having discussions around a small table in the middle of the room. The walls are mostly bare, except for a couple of whiteboards that are always filled with notes and diagrams that only we understand. We have a small corner for a water cooler and a coffee machine that we rely on quite a bit. The commute to Airoli can be tiring because of the Mumbai traffic, so we often arrive a bit tired, but once the work starts, we get into it. It’s a professional building but our office has a very casual feel. We don't wear suits or anything like that, just jeans and t-shirts most days. We’ve got some storage cabinets that are overflowing with old documents and spare parts. It’s not perfectly organized, but we know where everything is kept. We just try to keep things simple and focus on the work we have for the day.
