We are over in Badlapur East, at the Marathon Nagarinx.S complex in Shirgaon. It’s unit A-101. Tulsa Aai Agro Venture Private Limited is a bit different from the usual farm offices because we are more in the town area. But our roots are still in the ground. We deal with a lot of the business side of things for the agro world. Badlapur is growing fast, but we still care about the farming side of life. The office is where the planning happens. It’s not a huge place, just enough room for a few desks and some chairs for when people come to visit. We spend a lot of time on the phone and looking at schedules. It can get a bit hectic with all the traffic in Shirgaon, but we manage to get things done. We don't try to sound like those big firms in Mumbai. We are just local people trying to make a go of this venture. Sometimes we make mistakes, or things get delayed, but we always try to fix it quickly. It’s about being reliable for the people who depend on us. We aren't into big marketing or anything like that. We just show up every morning, open the door, and start working on the next task. It’s practical work for practical people, and that’s the way we like to keep it.
