Our office for Tlt Enginering India Pvt Ltd is over in Kandivali East. We are located in Thakur Complex, which is a pretty well-known spot in this part of Mumbai. Specifically, we are in Amar Apartment, on the fifth floor in unit B-501. It’s right opposite Vasanat Smruti, so it is quite easy to find if you are in the neighborhood. Living and working in Mumbai means being used to the constant noise and the fast pace of things. Our office isn't anything over the top. It’s just a regular space where we handle our business every day. We have been here for a while and have seen the area change quite a bit over the years. Thakur Complex has grown, but our routine stays mostly the same. We start early to beat some of the traffic and stay until the work is done. There is no corporate manual here telling us how to act. We just treat people fairly and do our jobs. Most of us take the local transport or drive through the busy streets of Mumbai 400 101 to get here. It’s a practical location for us and it works well. We don't see the need for a lot of flash or unnecessary decorations. The walls have a few scuffs and the desks are cluttered with papers, but that’s because we are actually working. It feels like a real place with real people trying to make a living.
