Our place is located in Shop no. 1/2/3 at Ameya Apartment. It’s right on the border where Mumbai and Thane sort of meet. Being The Kids Clinical Medical Systems Pvt Ltd, we deal with a lot of equipment and systems specifically for pediatric care. The shop is usually filled with boxes or different medical devices that we are moving around. It’s not a quiet office; there’s always something being loaded or unloaded. Ameya Apartment is a well-known building in this part of Thane. We’ve been working out of these three shops for quite some time. It's a bit cramped because of all the inventory, but we make it work. The staff here knows exactly where everything is, even if it looks a bit messy to an outsider. We spend a lot of time on the phone with hospitals or checking on orders. Mumbai traffic can make deliveries a bit of a headache, but that’s just part of living here. We don’t have a fancy showroom. It’s more of a practical workspace where we get things done. People often drop by to ask about specific parts or systems. We just talk to them like regular people and explain how things work. It’s a busy life, but we like being in this neighborhood. The local tea stall is where we usually take our breaks and talk about the day. It keeps us going when the afternoon heat gets bad and the boxes keep piling up around us.
