About Children'S Orthopaedic Clinic – Medical & Healthcare in Thane
Our clinic is on the 2nd floor of the Landmark Arcade. It’s a decent building, though you have to keep an eye out for the sign so you don't miss the main entrance. Being on the second floor means we get a bit of a view of the street, but mostly we are looking at X-rays and checking how bones are healing. We see a lot of fractures from playground accidents and kids who need braces for their legs. The arcade can get a bit crowded on the weekends with shoppers, but during the week it’s mostly just people coming for their medical appointments. The elevator is there, which is a good thing because many of our patients have trouble with stairs if they have a leg injury or a cast. The office itself is quite plain and functional. We have some posters on the walls showing how bones grow, but they are getting a bit faded now and should probably be replaced soon. We don’t have a huge staff, just a few of us making sure the schedules are kept and the patients are seen on time. It’s not a corporate place with a big lobby; it’s just a set of rooms where we help kids get back to playing. We spend our days measuring heights, checking casts, and talking to parents about physical therapy. It’s honest work and we’ve been in this arcade for a while. If you’re coming by, just head up to the second floor and find our door.
