Our business is located in Waveghar, which is near Kanchad in the Wada Taluka. It is a bit out of the way, being in the Thane district. To get here, you have to drive through some pretty green areas, especially during the rains. We are based specifically in Abitghar Wada. It is more of a rural industrial setting than a big city one. We have a decent sized space where we keep our equipment and various materials. The local community is small, so everyone knows who we are. We do not have a big marketing budget or any fancy brochures to show people. Most of our work comes from people nearby or from the industries scattered around Wada. The air is a bit cleaner here than in Thane city, which is nice. We have a few sheds where we store our stuff. Sometimes the power goes out, which is common in this part of the district, so we just wait it out or use the generator. It is a family-run kind of thing. We do the work ourselves and handle the accounts on the weekend. The yard can get a bit muddy when it pours, but we have gravel down to help with the trucks. We do not have a lot of staff, just a few local boys who help with the heavy lifting. It is a quiet life compared to the city, but there is always something that needs moving. (255 words)
