If you know the Indian Corporation Compound in Mankoli, then you know where we are. We are in Gala No. 3A/B, inside Building No. 183/188. It’s a big, sprawling place in the Bhiwandi area and it can get pretty dusty with all the trucks moving around. We deal with special steel, so the space is mostly filled with heavy stuff. It isn’t the kind of place you’d visit for a fancy meeting. It’s a working warehouse and office where the floor is always a bit grey from the metal. We spend a lot of time checking the inventory and making sure the measurements are right. The heat in Bhiwandi during the summer is no joke, especially inside these big buildings, so we have a few fans going all the time. Our team is small but they know their way around the compound. We’ve been at this for a while and we don't bother with much else besides the steel. There are always trucks lining up outside and the noise of forklifts is basically the background music for our day. Sometimes the rains make the roads around here a mess, which slows things down, but that’s just how it is in this part of Taluka Bhiwandi. We stay busy with the orders and try to keep things organized despite the constant movement. It's hard work, but we're used to the grit of the industrial life.
