We are based in Shop Number 2 of the Kuber Aangan Building in Kalyan. It is a small space, but it is enough for what we do at Tgcg Technologies. Being on the ground floor in a shop unit means we see everything that goes on in the neighborhood. There is a lot of foot traffic and people moving around, which makes it feel like we are part of the local community. It is not like those big tech offices in Mumbai where you are hidden away on the fiftieth floor. Here, you just walk in from the street. We have a few computers set up and some shelves for our files. The space gets a bit dusty because the door is often open to let some air in, and Kalyan can get quite hot in the summer months. We have a small fan that runs all day, but it doesn't do much. Most of our neighbors are just regular shop owners selling groceries or mobile repairs. We like the atmosphere here because it is real and unpretentious. We don't have a dress code or any fancy office rules. We just show up, open the shutters, and start working on whatever needs to be done that day. It is a simple setup for a small team that just wants to get the work done without any extra fuss or unnecessary expenses.
