Testinvent It Solutions Private Limited is based out of a residential complex in Thane. Our office is A-104 in the Vasundhara Chs. It’s situated on Gladys Alwarys Road, right across from Pokhran Road Number 2 in the Vasant Vihar area. We liked this spot because it feels more like a home than a stiff corporate building. Vasant Vihar has a lot of trees and it is a bit quieter than the main parts of Thane. We mostly handle IT work and testing here. The office is basically a converted flat. We have our servers in one room and desks in the others. It’s a comfortable way to work. We drink a lot of tea and usually have some biscuits on the table. The team is small, so we all know each other well. We don't have any big corporate policies or mission statements hanging on the walls. We just come in, check our emails, and start working on the code or whatever project is on the desk that day. Thane has changed a lot over the years, with new buildings coming up everywhere, but our little corner in Vasundhara has stayed pretty much the same. It’s a good place for focusing on work without too many distractions. Most of us live close enough to walk or take a short rickshaw ride. We aren't a high-pressure firm. We just get the work finished as it comes.
