Tekman India Pvt. Ltd. is found at No. 29 in the Om Anand Industrial Estate, which is right by Tinhath Naka. We are an industrial company, and our workspace definitely reflects that fact. It is a bit noisy and there is always something being moved or fixed in the back. We have a mix of office space and a workshop area where the technical work happens. The floor is often covered in bits of metal or tools, and we do not worry too much about the decor or the paint. It is more important that the machines are running and the orders are getting filled on time. Tinhath Naka is a very busy junction, so there is constant traffic noise outside, but we are all used to it by now. We have a small group of workers who have been with us for a long time. We know our trade and we just get on with it without making a fuss. It is not a corporate headquarters with glass elevators. It is just a unit in an industrial estate where we do honest, technical work. Sometimes it is hot in the summer and a bit drafty in the winter, but we have our tea and keep going. We do not use a lot of fancy jargon to explain our work. We just take the orders, do the engineering, and send them out. It is a local business run by people who get their hands dirty.
