Technocraft Industries is located at A-25 on Road No. 3 in the Marol MIDC area of Andheri-East. If you know Marol, you know it’s a maze of factories and offices, and it’s always packed with people and vehicles. We’ve been in this spot for a long time, and the building has seen a lot of history. We do a lot of industrial work, which means the atmosphere is very practical and no-nonsense. There are machines running and people constantly moving back and forth between the different floors. It can get pretty loud and hot, especially in the middle of the afternoon, but that’s just life in an industrial estate. We don’t have a fancy lobby or anything like that; we just have a workspace that works for us. Most of our staff have been with us for years, so we all know how things run. We spend our days dealing with production schedules and making sure the quality is what it needs to be. It’s a lot of routine, but we take it seriously. The traffic in Andheri-East is legendary, so just getting to Road No. 3 in the morning is a bit of an achievement. We don’t talk much about visions or missions—we just focus on making things and getting them out the door. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from morning until evening. We just keep our heads down and get the job done.
