Technical Services

Our place, Technical Services, is located in the Kanchanjanga Co. Op. Hsg Society in Lok Dhara. We are in Building A-8, room 705. Kalyan East is where we call home. It is a residential area mostly, so it feels quite different from the big office parks in the center of Mumbai. We have been running things from here for quite a few years now. It is a small operation, just a few of us handling the service requests that come in. The building is older but it works for what we need. We spend most of our time looking at schematics or fixing parts that people send over. It is not a fancy life, but it keeps us busy. The commute from the station can be a bit of a walk, but we do not mind it much. Sometimes the lift in the building acts up, so we end up taking the stairs. We have a lot of tools and spare parts cluttered around the office. We do not bother with fancy decor or big meetings. We just get the work done and talk about what is for dinner. Being in a housing society means we know our neighbors and things are pretty relaxed. We just provide technical help to whoever needs it from our little spot in Kalyan. That is the long and short of it for us, just a few people working hard.
