We are part of the team at Tata Tele Services. Even though there isn't a specific street address listed here right now, we operate across a lot of different areas. Most of what we do involves keeping people connected through phones and internet lines. It’s a lot of technical work that happens behind the scenes. You don’t often see us unless something breaks or a new line needs to be put in. Our days are filled with checking signals and making sure the equipment in our hubs is running like it should. We aren't a small mom-and-pop shop, but we try to keep our local operations feeling like they belong to the community. We've got technicians and office staff who live in the same neighborhoods they work in. Sometimes the weather makes the job difficult, especially during the monsoon season when lines can go down, but we just get out there and fix what we can. We don't spend much time talking about how great we are. We'd rather just make sure your call goes through without dropping. It’s a lot of routine maintenance and answering service requests. We’ve been around for a long time and have seen how technology has changed from simple wires to what we have today. We just keep showing up and doing the job as best as we can every single day.
