We are based in Thane West, specifically at Flat No: 1104 in Orion-B, which is part of the Cosmos Paradise complex in Devdaya Nagar. Tata Consultancy Service Ltd is the full name of the place. It is an apartment that we use for our work. It feels more like a home than a regular office, which I guess is common these days. Being in a residential complex means it is mostly quiet, except for the usual sounds of people living their lives around us. We have a good view from the 11th floor, but honestly, we are usually too busy to look out the window. We have got all our computers and servers squeezed into the rooms. It can get a bit warm in the afternoons, but we have the fans going. It is a bit of a squeeze when we have more than a few people in, but we make it work. We do not have a big sign outside the building or anything. You just come up the elevator and look for the door. It is a very straightforward setup. We do not have any fancy coffee machines or a big break room. Most of us just grab a chai from the place downstairs. It is just how we do things here in Thane. We are just a small team working out of a flat, trying to keep up with everything. It is a simple, honest way to work.
