Tastyplex

Tastyplex is our food spot located inside V Mall in Kandivali East. If you are ever at the mall for some shopping or a movie, you have probably passed by us. It is a busy environment to work in, especially on Saturdays and Sundays when the whole place is packed with people. We are not a big chain or a fancy restaurant; we are just a local food outlet in the mall. We spend most of our time in the small kitchen area, getting things ready for the next group of hungry customers. It is a lot of work, standing on our feet all day and making sure the food is ready when people want it. We see all kinds of people every day, from families with young kids to groups of friends just hanging out. The mall has its own kind of energy, and we have become a part of that over time. Our setup is simple because we want to focus on the food rather than having a lot of decorations. It is a straightforward business. We come in, get the stove going, and serve whoever comes to the counter. There are no corporate speeches here, just people making food for other people. It gets a bit hectic during the dinner rush, but we just keep moving and do our best to keep up with the orders. It is what we do.
