Wagle Industrial Estate is a busy spot. We’ve been at Plot A/212 on Road No. 30 for quite some time now. Engineering work isn't always clean or easy, but it’s what we do here every day. Most of our mornings start with checking on the machines and seeing what the day's orders look like. It gets loud once the tools start running, but you get used to it. The floor is usually covered in some metal shavings or oil, which is just part of the job when you’re making parts. We spend a lot of time looking at drawings and making sure the measurements are right. It’s a lot of back and forth between the office and the shop floor. Sometimes a job takes longer than we thought because the material is stubborn, but that’s just how engineering goes. We don’t have a fancy showroom or anything like that. People just come by the estate when they need something made or fixed. The tea guy comes around twice a day, and that’s usually when we take a breather. It’s honest work, and we stay busy enough to keep the lights on and the guys working. We try to keep things organized, but in a place like this, there’s always a bit of a mess somewhere. It feels like we’ve been part of the landscape here forever.
