Tandabazar Farmers Producer Company Limited

We started Tandabazar Farmers Producer Company Limited a little while ago. Most of us are from around Tandabazar and the Gavhali area in Sillod. It’s a group of people who actually work the land every day. We use the space over at Sk Fakir Mohamad Sk Suleman Shekh’s place for our main office stuff. Farming out here isn't always the easiest thing. You have to deal with the weather and the prices change all the time. So we figured it was better to get together as a company. We look at what everybody is growing and try to figure out how to handle the selling part better. It’s just us local folks trying to keep things moving. We don't have a big fancy office or anything like that. Just a regular spot in the village where we meet up. Usually, someone is around to talk about seeds or what the market is doing this week. If you go through Taluka Sillod, you'll find us right there at the post. We’ve all lived here a long time, so we know the soil pretty well. It's about helping each other out when things get tough. We try to keep things straightforward. No big promises, just hard work. We handle the paperwork together because it's a lot for one person to do alone. That's pretty much how we run things here in Gavhali. We are just a bunch of farmers trying to make it work.
