Tamerhind Inc. is situated on the ground floor of the Gabril Apartment in Thane West. To get here, you have to navigate through the streets of 2nd Rabodi, which can be a bit confusing for someone who isn't a local. The office is right on Batram Sai Road. It’s a modest space, mainly just a few rooms where we keep our files and computers. We have a small window that looks out onto the street, so we see all the neighbors walking by. It is a bit humid in the summer because we are on the ground floor, but we have a couple of fans that stay on all day. We aren't a big company with a lot of hierarchy. Most of us do a bit of everything, from answering the phone to packing up boxes if we need to. There is always a stray cat that hangs around the entrance expecting someone to give it a bit of milk. We don't have any corporate slogans or big posters on the walls. It is mostly just calendars and notes pinned up everywhere. We’ve been here for several years now and the landlord is a nice guy. It’s a decent place to work without too much stress or drama. We just try to keep things moving along smoothly every day.
