You can find us over in Thane, tucked behind Vandana Talkies at the Ruba Co-Op Housing Society. We’re in Block No 14 on the Ram Maruti Road Extension. Syspro Consultancy Software is basically a group of us who enjoy the logic of coding and software. It’s not a big glass office; it’s a quiet spot in a residential society which we actually prefer. We spend our days writing code and testing things out. Sometimes we sit there for hours staring at a screen until a bug finally makes sense. We started this because we liked solving problems, and that’s still what we do. The neighborhood is nice, and it’s easy to grab a snack nearby when we need a break from the monitors. We don't have a big sales team out there making promises. People usually find us when they need something specific built or fixed in their software. It’s a relaxed atmosphere here. We wear what we want and keep our own hours mostly. Thane has changed a lot, but this little corner feels pretty consistent. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the world. We just want to do good work that actually helps someone use their computer better. It’s simple, really. There’s always a stack of tech magazines on the table and some leftover snacks in the kitchen. We just like making software that actually functions correctly. We’ve been here for years and hope to stay for many more.
