We are located right here in Thane West, specifically in Shruti Garden at Dhokali Naka. It is a ground floor spot, unit 001 in building A/7, which makes it easy for folks to find us without wandering around too much. Manorama Nagar is a busy area, especially along Koshet Road. Most days here start with a lot of paperwork and tracking down where things are coming from or where they need to go next. Syntel Sourcing is basically just a group of us trying to keep everything moving smoothly. The traffic outside can get pretty loud during the morning rush, but inside the office, we just focus on the sourcing tasks at hand. Sometimes the computers act up or the printer runs out of ink right when we are in a hurry, which is just how it goes in a real office. We’ve been at this location for a while now and the neighbors in the building are mostly used to the coming and going. It’s not a fancy corporate setup with glass walls or anything like that. Just a practical workspace with desks, chairs, and stacks of files that seem to grow every week. We spend a lot of time on the phone or checking lists to make sure nobody is waiting on a shipment longer than they have to. It is honest work and we try to do it right from this little corner of Thane.
