Swastik Corpn. (Thane)

Swastik Corpn. (Thane) is situated in Block 13 of the Ajita Society in Thane East. Since we are located inside a residential society, it has a much different feel than being in a big commercial park. It is a lot quieter and feels more like being part of a neighborhood. We have been operating out of this block for quite a long time now. The office is basically just a converted space that fits our needs perfectly. We don’t have any big signs or flashing lights. People mostly know us through word of mouth or by looking for the society name. Thane East is a good area to be in. It is well-connected but doesn’t feel as frantic as some other parts of the city. Our daily routine is pretty simple. We come in, open up the office, and start on whatever tasks are waiting for us. There are usually neighbors walking their dogs or kids playing outside, which makes the whole place feel very grounded. Inside, it is just a bunch of desks and some storage for our records. We don't have any fancy corporate culture. We just talk to each other like regular people and get our work done. Sometimes we stay late when there is a lot to do, and other times we finish up early. It’s a very practical way to run a business. Being in Ajita Society has worked out well for us over the years, and we plan to stay right here in Block 13.
