Swastik & Associates

Our office is located in Kalyan, specifically on the first floor of Deshmukh Bhavan. It is Room 15. We are right on the Kalyan Murbad Road, which is always a very busy stretch of road. Most people find us easily enough because we are near the Star City Scan Center. It is a standard office setup where we handle all kinds of architectural and associate work. Swastik & Associates has been part of this neighborhood for a good bit now. Working in the Thane district means dealing with a lot of residential growth every year. We see families wanting to fix up their old places or new owners looking for a plan for a new plot. The room gets a bit crowded when we have too many big drawings spread out on the tables, but we manage to get through it. I spend a lot of my time on the road visiting sites and then coming back here to finish up the paperwork. It is not a high-rise office, just a practical space in a building that most locals know. Kalyan is a place where everyone seems to be in a hurry, so we try to be very clear about what can be done and what cannot. We do not have a fancy website or any marketing team. Word of mouth usually brings people to Room 15. Whether it is a small shop or a house, we just sit down and figure out the layout. The traffic on Murbad Road is a constant sound in the background while we work. It is just the daily routine of getting things designed and built properly.
