Avista Corporate Finance Advisory Pvt Ltd is over in Kandivali East. Our office is D 515 in the E 5 block of Highway Park, which is part of the larger Thakur Complex. Mumbai is a busy city, and the 400 101 area is no different from the rest of it. The complex is pretty big and can be confusing, so it takes a minute to find the right building if you aren't used to the layout. We’ve been in this spot for a while now. It’s a practical space for us. We don't have marble floors or a fancy fountain in the lobby. We just have desks, chairs, and a lot of folders full of paper. The highway is quite close, so you can always hear the sound of traffic in the background. It’s a bit of a constant hum that we don't even notice anymore. We aren't the type of people to use big corporate buzzwords. We just sit down and get through the numbers every day. Sometimes we stay late when there’s a lot to finish before a deadline. The tea stall nearby is where we go when we need a break from the computer screen. We’ve seen the Thakur Complex grow and change over the years. It’s a community of its own. We aren't trying to sound more important than we are. We are just a private limited company working out of a standard office in Mumbai. We don't have a mission statement. We just have work that needs to be done. It’s a straightforward way to run things.
