We are located up on the 15th floor of B 1502 Hillview Park, right in Thakur Village, Kandivli East. Being that high up gives us a decent view of the surrounding hills, especially during the rainy season when everything turns green. Thakur Village is a pretty lively residential hub, so there are always people around and plenty of spots to grab a coffee or some vada pav. Our office is basically a converted apartment, which makes it feel very informal and comfortable for the team. We have set up our workstations in the different rooms, and the kitchen area is where we usually hang out to chat about things other than work. It is a peaceful spot compared to the noise down on the street level. We don't follow any strict dress codes or have fancy meetings; we just get on with the consulting work that needs to be finished. Sometimes the elevators in the building take forever, so we have to plan our exits carefully if we have somewhere to be. It is a friendly environment where everyone knows each other. We have been here for a while and have settled into a nice routine. It is just a regular group of people doing their jobs in a quiet corner of Mumbai.
