We are located in Bhayander East, sitting right behind Geeta Bhawan on the Sion Trombay Road. It’s a very busy area with cars going by all day. We have a small office space where we handle all the bookings for the cars and the different trips people want to take. My uncle actually started this business and I’ve been helping him run it for about ten years now. We have a couple of regular drivers who have been with us for a long time and know the roads around here very well. The office itself has some old maps on the wall and a few plastic chairs for people to sit in while they wait for their paperwork. We spend most of our day on the phone or out in the back checking on the cars to make sure they are running right. Maintenance takes up a lot of our time and energy. We try to keep everything very simple for the customers. If someone needs a ride to the station or a long trip out of town, they just come in and we talk about it. We don't have big contracts or a lot of complicated forms to fill out. We still use a big ledger to write everything down by hand. Sometimes the tea stall next door brings us some snacks in the afternoon. It’s a local business and we know most of the regulars. We aren't a big agency, just a small family thing.
