Surbhi Sweets

If you are walking down South Avenue in Goregaon, you will probably see Surbhi Sweets. We have been at this Goregaon location for a good while. The shop is pretty straightforward. We have glass cases filled with all kinds of sweets that we make throughout the day. South Avenue is a nice place to be. It gets a lot of foot traffic, especially in the evenings when people are heading back home from work. They often stop by Surbhi Sweets to pick up a box of something for their families. We don't use any fancy machines or big industrial processes. Most things are done by hand in the back. It’s a bit hot in the kitchen area, but that is just how it goes when you are working with sugar and milk all day. We don't have a mission statement or a fancy philosophy. We just want to keep the trays full and the floor clean. Goregaon has grown so much since we first started, but South Avenue still has that local feel to it. You see the same faces every week. We know a lot of our customers by their favorite orders. It makes the day go by faster when you can have a quick chat while packing up some sweets. Surbhi Sweets is just a part of the daily life here. We stay open until late and start again early the next day. It’s just how we run the place.
