Supreme Marbles

We spend most of our days here at R-223 in the T.T.C. Industrial Area. It’s a busy spot on Belarpur Road in Rabale, and honestly, it gets pretty dusty with all the marble we move around. We started Supreme Marbles a while back because we knew how to handle stone, and that's basically what we still do every morning. The yard is usually full of slabs leaning against each other. Some days the cranes are working non-stop to load up trucks, and other days it's just us walking around checking the stock. People come by Rabale looking for specific pieces, and we just show them what’s currently sitting in the yard. It isn't a fancy showroom or anything like that. We just have the stone and the space to keep it. My boots are usually covered in white dust by noon, and that’s just how it goes when you’re cutting and moving these heavy things. We keep the gates open early so the drivers can get in before the traffic on Belarpur Road gets too bad. It's a lot of physical work, lifting and shifting, making sure nothing cracks. Sometimes we find a really nice block that looks different from the rest, and it sits there for a while until the right person sees it. We don't do much fancy talking here.
