You can find Superworks Technologies at B 404 Olympia, which is part of the Lodha Paradise complex in Majiwada. It is a busy residential township, so there is always a lot of life around us, from kids playing to people heading out for groceries. Our office is a flat on the fourth floor where we have set up our workstations. It is a bit of a tight squeeze sometimes when everyone is in at once, but we make it work. The atmosphere is very informal; we don't wear suits or follow strict corporate protocols. We mostly wear jeans and t-shirts and spend our time focused on the technical side of things. Since we are in a large complex, it feels very safe and community-oriented. We often stay late to finish up projects, and the walk through the complex at night is actually quite peaceful. The office itself is filled with the usual stuff like half-empty water bottles, piles of notebooks, and a few plants that we sometimes forget to water. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy showroom or a big reception area. We just need a reliable place with good internet where we can put our heads down and work. Majiwada is a convenient location for most of us, and being in Lodha Paradise gives us a decent environment to work in. We just focus on our day-to-day tasks and try to keep things moving forward in a sensible, no-nonsense way.
