Supervisor

Our place is located at 7/B Om Laxmi Sagar CHS, right on Shivaji Path No. 2 in Rajiv Nagar. This is in Dombivli West, Thane. It’s a busy little corner of the world. Rohit P Karotia is the name most people associate with this spot. We operate as supervisors from this small office in the building. It’s a typical Thane setup where space is tight, and you have to make the most of every square inch. We’ve got files stacked up in the corners and a couple of old chairs for when we need to sit and talk. The street outside, Shivaji Path, is always full of activity, which keeps things interesting. We don't have a receptionist or a fancy waiting area. If you come by, you’ll probably just find us working through a pile of documents or talking on the phone with people on-site. We focus on the practical side of supervision—making sure things actually happen. It isn't a glamorous job, and our office reflects that. It’s functional. We have a small window that lets in some light, but mostly we are focused on the task at hand. The 421202 area is where we spend most of our waking hours. We know the local tea stall owner and the guys at the stationery shop. It’s a community-based way of working, and we wouldn't have it any other way. We just keep it simple and get the job done.
